30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unused and in the same condition that you received it
• In its original packaging
• Accompanied by your proof of purchase (order confirmation email)

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Items that have been used, washed, or damaged by the customer
• Intimate apparel or personal care items (for hygiene reasons)
• Downloadable or digital products
• Items on final sale

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at perfitstyle@gmail.com with:

• Your order number
• The item(s) you wish to return
• The reason for return

Our support team will respond within 24–48 hours with return instructions.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that your original shipping cost is non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at perfitstyle@gmail.com.

Wrong or Damaged Item

If you received a wrong or damaged item, please contact us immediately with a photo of the item and we will make it right at no extra cost to you.
